DAY 1: CHIANG MAI - CHIANG DAO
On arrival at Chiang Mai Airport you are met and transferred
towards the northern hill region around Chiang Dao, ( If you are
already in Chiang Mai we will pick you up at your hotel). The
roads conditions are very poor; however the breathtaking
mountain scenery make for an interesting drive. After an
enjoyable visit to a remote elephant camp at Chiangdao we have
our first chance to get on bike to explore Chiangdao Caves which
is home of a sacred Buddhist sanctuary. We continue cycling from
rural lanes onto off road trails leading to hill tribe villages
where we will spend the night as guest of villagers. O/N at
Tribal Hut. (L,D)
DAY 2: MOUNTAIN BIKE
Upon leaving the village of previous night we ride our bike off
road trails to get out of the valley. We rest our legs on a
short drive delivering us to another remote village from which
we will start two hour walk past the rough and verdant mountain
landscape. There are many stop opportunities to meet local
people and shoot some wonderful pictures. At the end of our trek
we pedal the tough trails as we please. The roads are difficult
at times with some uphill and downhill riding but it is still an
unforgettable experience. O/N at Tribal Hut. (B,L,D)
DAY 3: MOUNTAIN BIKE -
SRI
LANNA NATIONAL PARK
Today we continue riding around this charming valley before we
head out on undulating roads towards the Sri Lanna National

beautiful limestone rock formations and watching many species of
bird , as it is part of the park. Arriving at floating house by
late afternoon we enjoy an well -earned rest . O/N at Floating
House. (B,L,D)
