We all had such a wonderful time that is very hard to restrict writing to a few sentences.
Let us thank you, first of all.  Your organization was superb and especially the consideration you were able to build into our very age-diverse group.  The 92 years old had the trip of a lifetime; the 14 year old enjoyed almost every aspect; and we middle-aged parent were stunned by the breadth of cultural experience in Indochina.  As you know, we have been to Thailand, China, Myanmar, Indonesia before.  Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia were a real treat.  Thank you.

Dragon Travel?  Superb organization.  Care and consideration for our wishes.  Each tourguide was very, very different and offered something the others perhaps did not.  With one exception (in Angkor) each was great.  The Best:  in Luang Prabang. 

As you can read, this was a special journey.  We are culture/museum travelers and could have asked for more of that.  Overall, we learned much, ate too well and too much, and relished the rich cultural heritage to which your company exposed us.  Thank you.

The pace of trip was fine although we would have liked some time built into the traveling time to stop more often and take photos—we were too often moving “too fast” in order to make our next destination to see things along the way. The hotels were excellent. Even in the Central Highlands, they were better than we expected.The guide who set the entire tone of the trip was Thang in Hanoi. He was one of the best guides we’ve had anywhere. His knowledge, English ability and enthusiasm are superb! He’s a treasure! The rest of the guides were just fine. Phuoc, in the south, was a lovely person and also gave us a wonderful understanding of the country and its people. The drivers were excellent—how they negotiated some of those roads and mountains and motor bikes was amazing! We have and will be recommending Dragon Travel to everyone we know. You did an excellent job and we thank you for providing such a perfect experience.

Dragon Travel deserves a special commendation in the guide books as one of the most professional travel companies I ever experienced. From the prompt and thorough communication before our departure from England, to the perfect execution of all arrangements throughout the trip, everything was designed to make our visit to Vietnam a real pleasure. We were particularly impressed when Dragon Travel upgraded a hotel booking half-way through our visit, despite our prior agreement to a lower standard establishment (due to scarcity of hotel rooms during the SEA Games). That attitude of going the extra mile certainly extended to the drivers and guides who took such good care of us throughout our tour. In particular, Thanh Tien Dinh, our guide in Hanoi and the north, was thoughtful, informative and professional. His obvious affection and respect for his country and its people was infectious. The agenda proposed by Dragon Travel was perfect in pace and interest. It was nice to have quiet days of travel, hiking in the Tonkinese Alps, or boating on Halong Bay, interspersed with days of museum and site visits. The hotels were all of extremely good standard -- I didn't need the towel or mosquito net that took so much room in my suitcase! The food is simply out of this world -- healthy diet and beautiful preparation. But the last word belongs to the country itself. The spirit of ingenuity and enthusiasm that one meets in all the Vietnamese people is surely the reason for the country's success in rebuilding a bright future for itself. I hope that I will have many opportunities to revisit and renew my acquintance with new friends and the wonderful culture of this amazing place. Take my advice -- go to Vietnam, and trust Dragon Travel to arrange your visit.

The trip has great pace as we saw everything we want and more in this short time and with no rush. Vietnam Emotions was an excellent tour which I higly recommend. Both the trips to Sapa and to the Mekong Delta require long drives but are worth the time and effort. Thang, our Northern tour guide was excellent and went above and beyond his job. All of our drivers did an excellent job.The people at Dragon travel were very effienct and flexible in setting up my itinerary. They were also very good when making some last minute changes which I requested. The hotels in Sapa, Hue and Saigon were especially nice. In comparison in Cat Ba and Bac Ha the hotels are passable but seemed to be the best available. You might wish to add a homestay to your trip which is a great experience. If you do, I recommend bring a bed sheet.I highly recommend this tour and Vietnam and I hope to return to this wonderful country one day.

Tour:  Planning a trip in october

I thought the pace of trip was just about right. I am happy that someone suggested an extra rest day in Hoi An,as it was delightful.I might have selectedother locations instead of Lang Co and the Cham ruins, but this is only a personal preference. I am happy that I visited these places, but I enjoyed other places more. All driver and guide were were very good,but the Hanoi guide, Thang was exceptional. The Ho Chi Minh City guide, Fukwas very good. The drivers were very skilled. As for meals, all the restaurants were very good.However, they served too much food! Also, the restaurant in Ha Long was the weakest. I would have preferred to eat somewhere else. I was quite impressed with the trip and have referred your agency to two friends of mine.

Let us thank Dragon Travel for the wonderful holiday and your excellent service.We enjoyed travelling with Dragon, and we will certainly recommend your company to our friends. Vietnam exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful country with good people and a fast growing touristic infrastructure. Ha Long, Tam Coc, Hoi An, My Son, Mekong Delta are some highlights of the trip. We will certainly visit this places again. Regarding the big cities, we prefer Ha Noi much to HCM City. We have no fair jugdement on Hue, as it was raining during most of our stay there. But we believe Hue is an excellent place when dry. If we would do the same tour again (or suggest it to friends), we would spent more time in the Mekong Delta, as little as possible time in HCM City, and we would skip the Cat Ba Jungle walk and the Cu Chi tunnel.But this is just our personal view, which many other tourists will certainly not share. We will certainly return to visit more places, and to spend more time in some places that we liked particularrly. The standards of hotel were higher than we had expected, and good value for the money.Even the cheap Mini-Hotel on Cat Ba was absolutely OK.
