All tours and services can be booked directly with Dragon Travel or its appointed agents. Dragon Travel and the Client agree that the terms and conditions for the services provided by Dragon Travel shall be governed by the following general booking conditions and that the general booking conditions shall form an entire part of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into Dragon Travel and the Client.

Prices and validity

All prices quoted to the Client are net in U.S. Dollars and valid until 30 September, 2005. Dragon Travel also warrants that the prices quoted to the Client are correct at the time of issuance of Client’s brochure but are subject to change in line with market, tax, currency fluctuation, with or without prior notice.

Payment

Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% ( thirty per cent) deposit is requested and the balance of the total package tour price should be paid at least 30 days ( thirty days) before starting date of the tour, or otherwise Dragon Travel may cancel the bookings without any refund of the sums already paid to Dragon Travel by the Client. The Client’s payment shall be executed by cash or credit card or travellers cheques. Except for cash payment, service charge may be added. In case credit facilities has been agreed with the Client, payment shall be executed by telegraphic transfer to our bank account.

Cancellation

Charges for cancellation of booking are not levied by Dragon Travel but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the Client shall be liable to pay those charges to Dragon Travel.

Liability

Dragon Travel always undertakes everything within its power to exceed the Clients’ expectation in terms of quality and value. The understanding is that Dragon Travel acts as intermediary between the Client and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices providing services to the Client. Dragon Travel shall in no event be liable to the Client by reason of unsatisfactory services provided to the Client by third parties or by way of indemnity, for any loss, injury, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events beyond the control of Dragon Travel. The Client warrants that Dragon Travel shall not be responsible and liable for additional expenses and damages due to any delay, accidents, action of god, unrest, political action.
