DAY 1: ARRIVAL - BANGKOK
On arrival at Don Muang Airport, you are met and transferred to
hotel. The glorious history of Thai Capital, Bangkok is much
interwoven with the Chakri dynasty which still reigns but no
longer rules Thailand. In the midst of dynamic modern growth,
this bustling metropolis still preserves plenty of cultural
heritages making it the national treasure house. No activities
planned for this afternoon , however our guide is on hand to
advise some available options. O/N in Bangkok.
DAY 2: BANGKOK
Today we commence our tour of Bangkok with a longtail boat trip
along the Chao Phraya River and the many lively inner canals
which offer some fantastic views of the local life close up.
Along the way we make stopover at Wat Arum, the temple of Dawn,
before continuing to the Grand Palace, dedicated to the Thai
Royal Family’s ceremony. Nearby is the magnificent Wat Phra Kaew,
which is famous for the Emerald Buddha Image. After seeing this
complex we drive through the many vibrant streets of China Town
to some of the most significant temples in Bangkok. The landmark
of Wat Traimit is well known as the Golden Buddha Temple while
Wat Po houses a gigantic Reclining Buddha. We visit these sights
as well as the magnificent Marble Temple. O/N in Bangkok. (B,L)
DAY 3: BANGKOK - RIVER OF
KWAI - CHA AM
The southbound journey begins as we depart Bangkok and drive
through the picturesque countryside to Kanchanaburi. This
enchanting town has plenty to see, some of which are the famous
bridge over the River Kwai , the sobering War Cemetery and the
Jeath War Museum. After seeing these sights we continue
travelling south towards the beach resort town of Cha Am. Along
the way we break our trip in Petchburi to stretch our legs and
visit the sacred Khao Luang Cave that houses numerous Buddha
statues and the hill summer palace of Mongkut King. O/N in Cha

DAY 4: CHA AM - RANONG
In
contrast to Pattaya, the beautiful beaches of Cha Am and Hua Hin
lack the modern tempo of an international playground and instead
offered an enjoyable escape. We visit the famous wooden teak
palace of Marukatayawan this morning, before we depart for
Prachuap Khiri Khan. This seaside province had a glorious past
during the Ayutthaya period. On arrival we explore Khao Chong
Krajok on an idyllic bay surrounded by impressive peaks and
climb 398 steps to a hillside small pagoda for some fantastic
views over this quiet fishing town. The journey continues to
Ranong, passing the spectacular rural landscape and the many
villages. O/N in Ranong. (B)
DAY 5: RANONG - KHAO SOK NATIONAL
PARK
Upon leaving the town we set off on a scenic drive to Khao Sok
National Park, where you find some of the best remaining
rainforest in Thailand. The park covers an area of 646 square
kilometres and has an ecosystem. After checking into a simple
floating bungalow we spend an afternoon on a boat navigating
around Cheo Larn Lake, which was created by the construction of
the Rachabrapah Dam. This exciting boat excursion is passing the
spectacular scene of limestone cliffs rising from the lake
shores as well as islands dotting the reservoir. The remainder
of the day is free for your leisurely swim or walk along the
lakeside. O/N in Cheo Larn. (B)
DAY 6: KHAO SOK - KHAO LAK
The beautiful national park of Khao Sok is home to a wide array
of wildlife including leopard, serow, elephant, banteng, gaur,
dusky langur, tiger, gibbons , however most of these species are
nocturnal. The rich variety of birth life is also remarkable
since over 165 species have been recorded in this region. After
an early morning breakfast in the exotic sounds of the jungle we
enjoy a full day exploring the park with an experienced local
guide. The majority of trails follow picturesque riverways
beneath a cover of native rainforest therefore our walk may
involve some river crossings. At the end of our walk we enjoy a
refreshing swim at a small waterfall located within the park
before we board a vehicle for two hour drive to Khao Lak, our

DAY 7: KHAO LAK - AONANG ( Krabi)
Heading out of the town we make our way to Krabi, a famous beach
resort destination in Thailand. This coastal town has a string
of offshore islands and wonderful sandy beaches. A part of the
pleasure of trevelling through this region is a simple joy of
seeing the tropical landscape and meeting the local people.
After checking into hotel in Aonang you can soak up as much sea
and sun as you want by spending time on the turquoise water or
lazing on a beach. The usual water sports such as surfing and
snorkelling are also available, however our guide is on hand to
advise information about these optional activities. O/N in

DAY 8: AONANG
This morning we board a longtail boat for a day cruise,
exploring some of the many beautiful coastal islands. Along the
way we will anchor for a leisurely swim at Poda Island, which is
surrounded by the crystal blue water, home to various species of
colorful fishes. Our next stop is Talu Island , famous for being
the house of swallow's bird nests that are popularly used to
make a delicacy of Chinese food. This island is about 45 meters
in height, and is centrally perforated by a 30-meters hole, thus
giving it a lovely name Talu. After feasting on a seafood lunch
at Kai Island we continue onward to Tap Island and also visit
Phang Nang Cave, which is endowed with beautiful stalagmites and
stalactites. O/N in Aonang. (B,L)
DAY 9: KRABI - PHANG NGA - PHUKET
Today we depart for Phang Nga Province, stopping en route to
visit Tharn Bokkorani National Park and Suwan Ku Ha Cave. On
arrival in Phang Nga Bay we embark on a boat for a leisurely
trip past the famous mangrove eco-system areas and magnificent
sheer islands jutting out from the emerald water. Along the way
we pass the well known James Bond. This famous landmark first
found its way onto the international map through its starring
role in the James Bond movie "The Man With the Golden Gun". The
next stop of our trip is Koh Pannyi, a remarkable village which
is home to the muslin communities. Their houses on stilts have
been built over water and the rear of structure is guarded by a
giant rock monolith. Afterwards we travel by roads to Phukhet
and complete our overland expedition. O/N in Phuket. (B,L)
DAY 10: PHUKET - DDEPARTURE
There is a free time for your own exploration of the town and
catching up on some shopping areas. The trip ends after transfer
to airport for departure. (B)
